Our Story
Property utility billing was built for a paper world. Stacks of vendor PDFs. Allocation math in Excel. Disputes settled by phone. Operators we knew were drowning in it — and residents felt it too.
So we set out to build AirBills: an AI-native platform that automates the boring parts (capture, coding, reconciliation), surfaces the important parts (anomalies, spend trends, renewal risk), and treats every resident bill like a brand moment.
Today, AirBills serves operators across multifamily, single-family, student, short-term, commercial, military, manufactured, and Section 8 — with a single source of truth for billing, reporting, and resident comms.
