Customer Success Manager

Overview

You will onboard and retain AirBills customers — property managers and operators running real portfolios on our platform. You will be their quarterback into Operations and Engineering when things get hard.

What you’ll do

  • Onboard new customers from contract signature through first value.
  • Run quarterly business reviews; turn data into renewal and expansion.
  • Quarterback escalations into Operations and Engineering.
  • Build the playbooks the rest of the CS team will use.
  • Identify expansion and ESG cross-sell opportunities.
  • Be the voice of the customer back to Product.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of CSM at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Has owned a renewal number and hit it.
  • Comfortable digging into utility-billing and operational data.
  • Strong written + verbal communicator with executive stakeholders.
  • Bias for action — closes loops without being asked.

Nice to have

  • Proptech background (Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, RealPage exposure).
  • Utility / energy domain experience.
  • Has helped build a CS function from scratch.

Compensation & location

Base salary (mid-point)

$115,000

Range: $95,000 – $135,000 OTE

Location: Dallas, TX

Final offer depends on experience, location, and interview signal. Equity grants come with every offer. We also cover health, dental, vision, and a learning budget.

We are a remote-first team and Customer Success sits at the center of how we grow. You will partner closely with Operations, Product, and customers to make every renewal an easy yes.
