Overview
You will own the AirBills utility-bill product surface end-to-end — from intake and processing to dashboards, payments, and ESG. You will be the bridge between Engineering, Operations, ESG, and customers.
What you’ll do
- Own a major product surface end-to-end: discovery, roadmap, delivery, adoption.
- Talk to property managers and operators every week; bring the truth back.
- Write tight PRDs, sequence work, and unblock engineering.
- Partner with design on flows, copy, and the boring details that matter.
- Define success metrics and hold yourself accountable to them.
- Help shape pricing, packaging, and rollout for new capabilities.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management.
- Has owned a product surface end-to-end with engineering reporting alongside you.
- Strong writer — PRDs, launch posts, customer comms.
- Data-literate; you will spend real time in SQL and dashboards.
- Bias for shipping and learning over big-bang launches.
Nice to have
- Proptech, utility, energy, or fintech domain experience.
- Has worked closely with an Ops team on a shared product.
- Comfortable doing customer support shifts to stay close to users.
Compensation & location
Base salary (mid-point)
$200,000
Range: $175,000 – $230,000 base + equity
Location: San Francisco
Final offer depends on experience, location, and interview signal. Equity grants come with every offer. We also cover health, dental, vision, and a learning budget.
